Genting Highlands

Genting Highlands is an integrated hill resort development compromising hotels, shopping malls, theme parks, and casinos, perched on the peak of Mount Ulu Kali at 1,800 meters elevation near the border between the states of Pahang and Selangor, Malaysia.
Since the theme parks have closed down for renovation, everyone thinks that besides casino there is nothing else to do in Genting. But somehow, there are actually many other entertainments in Genting Highlands
Awana Skyway Gondola Cable Car
Apparently, Genting had an advance cable which is known as Awana Skyway Gondola Cable Car which design almost fully glasses that to let people experience the revel in the breathtaking view of 130 million-year-old rainforest.
Genting Premiere Outlet
If you love shopping, don forget the drop by at Genting Premiere Outlet before you reach Genting Highlands because Genting Premiere outlet is a good place for you to shop branded stuff with special discounts.
Skyavenue
If you missed out Genting Premiere outlet while on the way to Genting. Don't worry! There is a high-class shopping mall known as Skyavenue inside Genting Highlands. 
Skytropolis
Skytropolis is Genting Highland's latest popular theme with more than 20 rides and attractions including a carousel and cable cars. 
Skyavenue (outdoor)
The outdoor Skyavenue has many restaurants and bars. Surprisingly it is quite happening at night because many like to go there for drinks or alcohol. It is also known as Genting Night Life.
Skycasino
However, please try not to missout on their new casino which is known as Skycasino since is the only license casino that exist in Malaysia. For your information, they provide free drinks 😏.

    Genting highland is always my favorite place as I used to ride my motorcycle to there every weekend, to have a nice breakfast with the cold weather there. highly recommended.

As we all know that there are only 2 places that has Harry Potter studios located at Osaka and Florida. If you are fan of Harry Potter and you are staying in Malaysia, well good news for you because there is a Harry Potter themed cafe in Ipoh. The name of this cafe is Platform 9 1/2, it was specially designed with Harry Potter Diagon Alley City. However people usually stop by at Ipoh to visit this place since their theme is very popular and attractive. Somehow they also provide drinks which is similar in Harry Potter movies such as butterbeer. Just like the picture below, Hermione Granger drinking butterbeer all over her mouth.  Most of their drinks are usually Rm 10 and above, the famous one are their Butterbrew float and Iced butterscotch choclate and other are just coffee.  These are some pictures taken while waitng for the beverage.

Upside Down Museum (Penang)

Upside Down Museum is playful museum with rooms creating the illusion that visitors are walking on ceilings & walls which is located in George Town, Pulau Pinang. Walking through Upside Down Museum is like walking at the house upside down. All their rooms such as bedroom, living room, bathroom, kitchen, restaurant, and shops are designed upside down.  However the ticket price is only Rm 12 and is open from 8:45 am to 6:30pm. To avoid crowded, you can reach there at the morning in the weekend, but if you go on weekdays then it shouldn't be crowded. However the museum has a time duration, which is maximum you can be in the museum for 1.5 hours.

Sabah Tanjung Aru Beach

The famous Tanjung Aru Beach at Sabah is located at the end of Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman and about 6km from Kota Kinabalu City. Appearantly is very happening here starting from 4pm, many people like to picnic here and wait for the sunset. The sunset usually goes down on 5pm so is better to here early so that u won't missed the beautiful sunset.  Another place for a better view in Tanjung Aru Beach is located at Shangri-la Hotel. But of cause only their customer are allow to be there. So is better to book a hotel there or eat there so that you will be able to enjoy the view in Shangri-la Hotel.
